Goldridge conducted a significant property renovation immediately after the acquisition with a subsequent substantial interior remodel in 2005. With Goldridge’s targeted leasing program EastRidge Center obtained and holds a 94% occupancy rate and is considered a mainstay in the Eau Claire retail market.

SouthRidge Center

-Goldridge acquired SouthRidge Center in 1996 when it consisted of only a grocery store and retail bank branch. Renovations and a building expansion by 41,000 square feet immediately commenced and were completed the following year. Today, the project offers direct access office and retail space built to accommodate small retailers and big box users.

NorthRidge Center

-Goldridge acquired the NorthRidge Center in 2003 when the property was only 14% occupied. Renovations immediately commenced and were concluded the following year. Today, the development boasts a first-run, 8 screen movie theater, 3 restaurants, interior office space and direct access retail space built to accommodate small retailers and big box users. As is customary with many Goldridge retail developments, the project has an ability to be expanded in order to accommodate additional retailers.

-Goldridge development Phase I of this 3-phase medical office development in 2009. With Phase I near 100% occupancy, plans for the development of the subsequent phases are in progress. WestRidge Center & WestRidge Plaza

-Goldridge developed Phase I of its WestRidge project, a grocery anchored retail center - WestRidge Center - in 1996 and immediately leased it to 100% occupancy. Since its development, WestRidge Center has maintained its 100% occupied status. Upon the overwhelming success of WestRidge Center, Goldridge completed the project’s second phase – WestRidge Plaza – in 2003. Like the larger Phase I, WestRidge Plaza maintains 100% occupancy. Goldridge is currently planning the development of Phase III.
